All carbon cell developed at MIT

Postby pete12 » 25.06.2012, 11:01

Hi @ll,

Prof. Michael Strano (MIT) developed an all carbon cell. This sounds very interesting to me. The "near-infrared region" of the light can be captured.

Unfortunately I have not much idea of this fact. Is this development really a step into the future? Does it have potential? Can it revolutionize cell production and PV in genearl?
Anyone having a clue?
